My Journey with Ayurveda... 

Sarah practices Ayurveda, giving consultations and treatments at Siskiyou Ayurveda in Ashland, Oregon and through BhumiShakti Ayurveda, LLC.

Sarah serves as a sub-committee member for the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). Additionally, she is a faculty member of the Banyan Botanicals Living Ayurveda Internship Programs and works as a Student Advisor and Health Certification Program Course Instructor for Chopra Global. Sarah writes articles for the online editorial on Chopra.com and you can see the links above to read more! 

Sarah Dunfee is a NAMA Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. She studied the Ayurvedic Practitioners Program at The Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Prior to that, she studied at the Ayurvedic College for Wellbeing in Rincon, Puerto Rico. Sarah also apprenticed in Panchakarma during her time at the Ayurvedic College for Wellbeing. She has also studied Ayurvedic Therapies at Vaidyagrama Healing Village in Coimbatore, India, along with many other Continuing Education courses in Ayurveda and its sister sciences. In addition to Ayurveda, Sarah holds two 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificates: one in Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series from Ashtanga Yoga Mysore in Mysore, India and one in Yoga Inbound from the Yoga Inbound school in Vrindavan, India. She teaches Ayurveda virtually to Hot Yoga Dundrum in Dublin, Ireland for their Yoga Teacher Trainings.
